Shipping Domestic

All orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail SIGNED FOR unless customer requests an alternative method.. Any orders over 2kg will be shipped via parcelforce 48hour

Please allow up to 7 days for your items to be despatched as everything is made to order- during busy periods it could be longer.

Shipping International

We ship Worldwide.  Please message us for information on international postal costs. All custom charges are to be PAID by the customer. If the customer chooses not to pay the custom charges and the item is returned we will refund the items minus the postage cost and 10% of the total paid . If ordering from Europe/Ireland or worldwide PLEASE bare in mind the added custom/vat fees, we have no control over the amount charged.

Returns

CHRISTMAS RETURNS - Orders placed from 25th Nov have until 10th Jan to return for a refund/ exchange ( this doesn’t apply to custom orders) Please return your item within 14 days for a full refund, any returns received after this date will be issued as a credit note.

PLEASE NOTE ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON RETURNABLE/EXCHANGABLE UNLESS FAULTY. Any faulty items that have been with the customer for over 3 months will be replaced and not refunded. All items shipped within the UK, Ireland, Europe and Worldwide the customer has to cover the return postage AND the postage for replacement item/size to be sent back out unless the item is faulty. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED IN A SAMPLE SALE OR SALE ARE NON RETURNABLE/EXCHANGABLE. Many Thanks
